The Company’s representative participated in an international HR conference

Recently, an international HR conference on “Leadership and Change Management in the Digital Age”, organized by the Employers Association of Uzbekistan, was held at Inha University in Tashkent.

This conference was attended by the head of the Human Resource Development Department of JSC NMMC Larisa Usmanova, who spoke in a panel discussion on the topic “Change Management in Uzbekistan: Challenges and Opportunities for Innovation”.

 - “Change management in Uzbekistan is associated with the challenges of digital transformation and the transition to a digital economy. This requires changes in the management system of organizations, the structure and culture of companies. Opportunities for HR lie in developing new competencies among employees, increasing the efficiency of business processes and adapting enterprise services to customer needs”, L. Usmanova noted in her speech.

During the conference, participants learned about the most effective methods and models of personnel management in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and changes and also discussed the role and impact of leadership on successful digital transformation.
