During the years of independence of Uzbekistan, 320 employees of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company have been awarded high state awards of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In particular, the following were awarded:

✅ 5 people – the state award of the first degree in the field of science and technology,

✅ 63 people – the honorary title “Honored worker of industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan”,

✅ 3 people – the honorary title “Honored builder of the Republic of Uzbekistan”,

✅ 1 person – honorary title “Honored worker of culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan”,

✅ 1 person – the honorary title “Honored youth coach of the Republic of Uzbekistan”,

✅ 35 people – order “Mehnat shuhrati”,

✅ 69 people – order “Do‘stlik”,

✅ 19 people – 0rder “Fidokorona xizmatlari uchun”,

✅ 3 people – order “El-yurt hurmati”,

✅ 2 people – state award “Mard o‘g‘lon”,

✅ 112 people – medal “Shuhrat”,

✅ 2 people – medal “Jasorat”,

✅ 1 person – medal “Kelajak bunyodkori”.
