On April 18, a meeting between the management of the company and representatives of JSC Uzassets took place at the Office of JSC NMMC.

The project “the Shareholders’ Expectations” for the activities of the company in 2024, developed by JSC Uzassets, was discussed at the meeting.

Also, the parties exchanged information and a list of priority tasks aimed at further sustainable development, increasing the operational and organizational efficiency of processes, and establishing short-, medium- and long-term strategic plans for the development of the company.

The discussion of the project “the Shareholders’ Expectations” is taking place as part of the reform of large companies under state management.

JSC Uzassets is an investment company that manages the processes of reforming companies with state participation to increase their investment attractiveness, introducing corporate governance mechanisms (in accordance with Resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan PP-83 dated March 1, 2023 and PP-283 dated August 18, 2023).
