As we continue to evolve our digitalization journey at Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Company we are striving to create a smart, managed ecosystem that improves the efficiency and safety of our processes.

NMMC has introduced specialized mining and geological information systems, enabling a unified geological database, digital mapping, automated reserve calculations and mine design. Additionally, deformation prediction modules have been implemented to ensure open-pit safety.

AI-driven process control systems for real-time monitoring, deviation prediction and error minimization have been implemented enhancing process stability, reducing losses and boosting equipment productivity.

A satellite monitoring and dispatching system has been adopted at open-pit gold mines covering dump trucks, drilling rigs and excavators providing accurate positioning of equipment, time tracking, load and movement control.

NMMC established advanced cybersecurity solutions including antivirus systems, firewalls, intrusion detection and cyberattack prevention systems along with introducing continuous employee training programs in partnership with IT Park Tashkent and leading universities to strengthen digital resilience.

As a result, NMMC ranked #1 in Uzbekistan’s national digital development rating in 2024, a testament to our systematic approach and commitment to innovation.
