Navoi Mining & Metallurgical Company (NMMC), the world’s fourth largest gold producer, today announces operational results for the three months ended March 31, 2025 (“Q1 2025” or “the period”).

Q1 2025 Highlights

Total gold production of 753,500 ounces, up from 748,100 ounces in Q1 2024.
Total gold production value of 27.8 trillion soums (US$ 2.1 billion ), a 100.7% increase from Q1 2024.
Capital expenditure of US$118.4 million for the Company’s investment program during the period.
697 new jobs created.
Production optimization efforts in Q1 2025 yielded cost savings of 786 billion soums (US$61 million1)
The Company’s localization program resulted in the domestic production of supplies in the amount of 349.8 billion soums (US$27 million1).
Over 1.8 trillion soums (US$139 million1) of supplies were purchased via the Company’s inter-sectoral industrial cooperation program.
