On November 27, NMMC hosted an expert seminar on the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The event was organized by the company's Information and Communication Technology Department in collaboration with international consultants from Boston Consulting Group. The primary objective of the seminar was to explore ways to enhance the company's operational efficiency using AI solutions.

The seminar focused on advanced global approaches to integrating AI into NMMC’s production and corporate processes. Special attention was given to the potential of AI technologies in critical areas such as:

Ensuring employee safety and health
Optimizing mining operations
Managing the transportation of rock mass
Improving processing technologies (e.g., flotation, grinding, sorption)

The event also included live demonstrations of AI applications in corporate functions, such as:

Preparing presentation materials and office documentation
Utilizing smart assistants for automation of routine tasks (RPA)
Streamlining procurement, financial accounting, budgeting, and other processes

Bahodir Davlatov, Head of the Information and Communication Technology Department, remarked:
